1. Service Description

We provide an AI-powered video narration and processing service for motor vehicle dealers. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these terms.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate organisation and contact information. You must not share your account credentials with unauthorised third parties.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes. Specifically:

  • You may only upload videos that you own or have permission to use.
  • Videos must relate to motor vehicle sales or your dealership business.
  • You must not upload content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others.
  • You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute our AI-generated narrations or technology.
  • You must not use automated tools to access our service beyond normal use.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Free accounts receive a one-time allocation of video credits. No credit card is required.
  • Paid plans are billed monthly in advance.
  • You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Upgrades take effect immediately and are charged at the full new plan price.
  • Unused video credits do not roll over between billing periods.
  • Refunds are not provided for partial months or unused credits.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified by email.

5. Video Content and Generated Output

  • You retain ownership of videos you upload.
  • You are granted a perpetual licence to use any AI-generated narrations and processed videos created through our service for your business purposes.
  • We do not claim ownership of your content or generated output.
  • We may use anonymised, aggregated data about service usage to improve our platform.

6. Analytics and Tracking

By using our service, you acknowledge that we use analytics tools and session recording technology to understand how our website and application are used. This data is used to improve our service and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.

7. Live Chat Support

We provide customer support through live chat. When you use live chat, your messages and any information you provide may be stored and used to resolve your enquiry. If you are logged in, your account information may be visible to our support team to provide better assistance.

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect access. We will endeavour to provide notice of planned downtime where possible.

9. Intellectual Property

We retain ownership of the platform, technology, AI models, branding, and all related intellectual property. These terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the licence to use the service as described.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

11. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through our application. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
